These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CA777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CA777 website, mobile interface, gaming products and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

CA777 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform provides cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino, slots, table games and related entertainment content, with all balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms that may apply to individual offers. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a User upon completing the registration process on CA777.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held within a User's Account at any given time, expressed in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the CA777 website, any associated mobile application and all related Services accessible under the domain ca777.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, live casino and ancillary services made available to registered Users through the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform and its Services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and payment details.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on CA777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your use of the Services.
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of any employee of CA777 or its affiliated entities.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not registering or placing wagers on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by CA777 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction.

To access the full range of Services on CA777, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is a material breach of these Terms.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the Services is true, accurate and not misleading. CA777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and payment method verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. CA777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify CA777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

CA777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or at any time during your use of the Services. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your Account being restricted or suspended until verification is completed.

By accessing and using CA777, you agree to use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conditions apply to your use of the Platform at all times:

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any connected systems.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technology to access, monitor or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from CA777.
• You will not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable through any Platform communication channel.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that CA777 does not guarantee any return on any wager placed through the Services.
• You will comply with all reasonable instructions issued by CA777 Support in relation to your Account and use of the Services.

All Account balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals on CA777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment is processed via a method that operates in a different currency, a conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. Deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name. CA777 does not accept deposits from third parties. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure only. Their mention does not constitute a claim of endorsement, partnership or guaranteed availability as deposit channels.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. CA777 reserves the right to request completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are communicated within the cashier section. CA777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. CA777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the cashier section, subject to applicable law.

CA777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is presented:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion and may include account verification status, deposit method and geographic location.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements. Until these requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits per round and expiry periods all vary by promotion and are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, per device and per IP address.
• CA777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk bet combinations specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine exposure to variance — may result in the cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through CA777. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is accepted and confirmed only when CA777 systems record a successful transaction and a bet reference number is issued. Verbal or written statements by support agents do not constitute acceptance of a wager.
• CA777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error, provided that the error is identified and communicated to affected users promptly.
• In-play betting markets are offered at CA777's discretion. Bets on in-play markets are accepted subject to network latency; CA777 takes no responsibility for bets placed after the relevant event or market has closed due to connectivity delays on the user's side.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per market apply and are communicated within the sportsbook. CA777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual user at its absolute discretion.
• For cricket betting — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL T20 matches and ICC tournaments — specific market rules apply and are available within the cricket section of the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of CA777's Trading and Compliance team shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CA777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. CA777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following, and to void all associated bets and forfeit any balance derived from such activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional offers more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or market.
• Exploiting any bug, error or software malfunction in any game or system to generate unintended outcomes or winnings.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of any deposit made to a CA777 Account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identification or payment documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

All content available on the CA777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of CA777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy or sell any part of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, robots or similar tools to extract content from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer any software or system underlying the Platform's Services.

The CA777 name, logo and all related marks are the property of CA777. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CA777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance or circumstances beyond CA777's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The acts or omissions of any third-party payment processor, game provider or technology supplier.

You acknowledge that gambling is inherently a risk-based activity. CA777 provides the Services as a platform for entertainment. Any financial losses incurred through wagering on the Platform are your sole responsibility.

CA777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools enabling users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within the Account settings section.

Access to CA777 is restricted to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. You must not allow any person under the applicable minimum age to access your Account or use the Services.

CA777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with the process outlined in Section 4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. CA777 does not claim to be licensed by any Pakistani authority.

In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a specific wager, a bonus settlement or any other matter arising from your use of the Services, you should in the first instance contact CA777 Support. CA777 aims to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable licence.
